Delivery/Pickup: $50 (1-3 units). Rentals of 4 or more units will result in an additional $50 delivery or pickup fee.

After Hours Request (SPM) or Same Night Install Add-On Fee: $50. Regular business hours are 8–5 Monday–Friday.

Severe Odor Cleaning Fee: $50 per unit for any property that smokes indoors, causing the AC to absorb the smoke smell, requiring a deep clean after picking up strong pet odors such as cat urine or poorly maintained aqua tanks. Units require 48 hours to deep clean, so one additional day's rental is added. This fee shall be charged at the sole discretion of Temporary Mobile AC.

AC Unit Replacement: $450 if the machine receives unrepairable damage to the unit or if the unit is not returned while in the care of the resident. Normal wear and tear issues are non-chargeable.

A delivery and pick-up fee per request for units will be charged; this covers as many units as the home needs and all maintenance or replacement needs that may occur per instance of rental.

** One unit is 4000 BTU, which is good for a medium-sized room, office, kitchen, or modest-sized living room. Charges are not by calendar day, but by overnight use; any unit requested for pickup after 5 pm will be considered used overnight. Example: One unit is delivered on Monday; the AC is fixed the next day on Tuesday; and the renter or property manager calls for pickup before 5 pm. The total bill would be $85 ($50 fee and $35 single-night rental). A pickup request after 5 pm for the same unit would be $120 ($50 fee and two nights of rental at the rate of $35 per night).
